The brief included for sympathetic interior reconfiguration and full refurbishment works to improve family living within the Grade II Listed property located just off St Mawes’ waterfront. The purpose of the proposed works was to sensitively rearrange interior spaces within the property and upgrade the building for more efficient modern family living, and in doing so protect the heritage asset from falling into any disrepair.
