Planning Approval at St Agnes

This new single-storey dwelling has gained planning permission at a site on the edge of St Agnes.

The house has been designed in response to the local character and wider landscape within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and World Heritage Site.

The simple design was developed with an agricultural style with rustic timber cladding and a low-pitched metal roof. A south-facing terrace and veranda is created with the over-hanging eaves.
