Construction of 36 new dwellings in the village of St Agnes begins

After securing planning approval in February 2018, works have already begun on site to create the 36 individually designed new dwellings (32 houses + 4 flats) which will provide a natural extension to the Cornish village of St Agnes. There is a considered approach to the massing, positioning and grouping of the dwellings, which are sensitively designed and positioned around a large central public green space. Approximately 22 house types have been used on the site, creating individual distinction and variety. Combinations of traditional and modern materials and detailing change throughout the scheme at appropriate junctures, together with the scale, style and layout of each of the dwellings or clusters.
