From our office in Truro, Cornwall based architects Studio Arc are a multi-discipline design practice devoted to providing a wide range of architectural and planning services throughout Cornwall and the South West. Our architects and professional consultants have years of experience and we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality services offering a unique and responsible contribution to the built environment.

 

Studio Arc recognises its obligations to act responsibly, ethically and with integrity in its dealings with staff, clients and the environment. Our practice actively works with local community projects to deliver social value and have a positive impact.  We promote sustainability in all our projects and general practice.

Our Story

Founded in January 2012 by Robbie Walton and John Duncan, the practice holds strong core values in delivering the highest quality service for Clients throughout Cornwall and the whole of the UK. Directors and staff have a broad experience in delivering in all sectors of the construction industry.

 

Studio Arc is a design practice based upon traditional architectural working practices and values, combined with a clear focus for design innovation and providing for a healthy, sustainable future. We take a progressive approach to all our work providing for a unique solution within the social, economic and ecological context of each brief.

Architecture

Our architecture and design team is led by qualified Architect’s Robbie Walton and Lucia Brown, alongside our technical director John Duncan. We provide for a full architectural service or part of. Our team have experience in all sectors including: Conservation & Historic Building Work, Residential, Commercial, Education, Health, Industrial, Office. Planning

Our highly qualified planning team are engaged in all aspects of the service including: Planning Appraisals, Pre-planning advice, Design advice, Public Consultation, Design and Access Statements, sustainability Statements, Renewable Energy, Feasibility Studies, Landscape and Ecology Appraisals, Assessments Section 106 Negotiations, Planning Applications and Planning Appeals.

Landscape

Our landscape architect consultancy covers all aspects of the service from initial concept design and feasibility to hands on management and delivery on site. We can provide the exact service you require for large scale commercial, education or residential schemes to smaller, bespoke garden design. Our team also offers consultancy on ecological issues, Landscape Impact Assessments and environmental reports.
